The Building Department provides professional certified plan review and inspection services related to the construction and renovation of residential and commerical buildings.
Atlantic Beach Building Department hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
To request inspections, contact our inspection line at (904) 247-5826. Calls for inspections received prior to 4:00 p.m. will be added to the inspection schedule for the next business day. When calling in a request, please include permit/application number, project address, contact name and phone number and type of inspection needed. Fax (904) 247-5845.
