How to: Obtain a copy of a Report
You can obtain a report in person at the Police Department located at 850 Seminole Road, Monday - Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Reports are usually available the next business day (except holidays. There is a fee of $3.00 per report. Requests can be submitted by mail. However, it may be necessary to call the Records Division at (904) 247-5863 prior to mailing the requests.

Records requests that involve researching multiple records and compiling data are subject to administrative fees to cover the costs of the processing. Estimates of the fees will be provided in advance in such cases.
